What You’ll Do
- Welcome customers and create a friendly, pressure-free buying experience
- Help guests select the vehicle that best fits their needs and lifestyle
- Demonstrate Kia and Mitsubishi vehicles through product presentations and test drives
- Stay current on vehicle features, technology, incentives, and financing options
- Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional follow-up
- Work closely with management and teammates to exceed dealership goals
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience from the first greeting through delivery
What We’re Looking For
- At least 1 year of sales experience (automotive preferred but not required)
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a positive, goal-oriented attitude
- Strong customer service mindset
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
