    • Who We’re Looking For:

  • 1+ years of experience in automotive sales or commission‑based sales
  • Passion for sales, customer service, and relationship building
  • Motivated, professional, and able to succeed in a fast‑paced environment
  • Valid VSA license and BC Class 5 driver’s license with a clean abstract
  • Strong ability to create and maintain long‑term customer relationships
  • Proficiency with MS Office, Outlook, and CRM systems such as Dealer Socket or similar

    • Schedule:Full‑Time

    Compensation:$80,000-$150,000 per year (Commission Based) + signing bonus of up to $5,000

    What Your Day Will Look Like:

  • Promote and sell new and pre‑owned vehicles with a customer‑first approach
  • Explain vehicle features, options, and available finance solutions
  • Complete all sales documentation accurately and efficiently
  • Stay knowledgeable about automotive products, programs, and industry trends
  • Develop new business through prospecting, referrals, and follow‑up
  • Maintain ongoing communication to build trust and long‑term customer relationships
