Responsibilities

- Assist customers in selecting vehicles that best fit their needs and preferences.
- Negotiate sales pricing and terms in alignment with dealership policies.
- Collaborate with finance and service departments to facilitate smooth sales transactions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Stay up-to-date on Subaru vehicle specifications, promotions, and incentives.
Requirements
- Previous sales experience, preferably in automotive or related retail sales.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
