Job Details

Responsibilities
- Greet customers on the sales floor and conduct needs analysis regarding vehicle make, type, and desired features.
- Explain vehicle features and demonstrate operation in the showroom or during test drives.
- Research availability of vehicle models and optional equipment using computer databases.
- Collaborate with Sales and F&I Managers to negotiate pricing, taxes, trade-in allowances, licensing fees, discounts, and financing or lease terms.
- Perform visual inspections of inventory on the lot.
- Complete all sales paperwork and coordinate vehicle delivery and registration.
- Deliver vehicles and familiarize customers with their features.
- Attend required training sessions and department meetings.
- Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
Work Hours
This is a full-time position with hours based on dealership operation times.
- Minimum of one year related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent sales skills, communication, and customer service abilities.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to follow up and maintain client relationships before and after sales.
- Current valid driver’s license required.
- Mathematical aptitude including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
- Ability to speak a second language is preferred but not required.
