Sheehy Ford of Springfield is seeking driven Automotive Sales Professionals who want more than a sales job — we are developing future Sales Managers, GSMs, and General Managers. Compensation

  • Or percentage of gross profit — up to $1,000 per vehicle
  • Realistic earning potential: $80,000-$120,000+ per year
  • Strong new Ford and late‑model used inventory
  • High‑volume environment with consistent opportunity

  • Utilize vehicle locator tools to source inventory for customers
  • Take initiative in deal structure and customer solutions
  • Develop real operational and inventory knowledge

You won’t just sell cars — you’ll learn how the business works.

Responsibilities

  • Determine each customer’s vehicle needs by asking questions and listening
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and enthusiasm for the vehicles and accessories
  • Lead customers through proven selling steps that close deals
  • Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring the customer understands the product features, warranty, and paperwork to lay the foundation for customer loyalty
  • Maintain customer information and contacts in CRM
  • Follow‑up with existing customers to build relationships that encourage repeat and referral business
  • Develop new business through focused personal marketing efforts through direct mail, networking affiliations, and telemarketing
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of pricing and specifications of competitive vehicles to provide clients with informative comparisons.

Qualifications

  • Technology proficient (CRM, digital retailing tools, texting, video, email follow‑up)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • A positive attitude, good work ethic, and professional appearance
  • Long‑term mindset with leadership aspirations
  • Able to pass pre‑employment background checks, MVR, and drug screen
