What You’ll Do
Greet and assist customers with confidence and professionalism
Generate your own opportunities through follow-up, referrals, and prospecting
Present vehicles, demonstrate features, and conduct test drives
Negotiate and close deals with urgency and integrity
Follow up consistently to build repeat and referral business
What We’re Looking For
Self-motivated, competitive mindset
Strong communication skills and presence
Willingness to work evenings and Saturdays
Positive teamwork attitude and eagerness to learn and grow
Prior sales experience is a plus, but drive and work ethic matter more!
