What You’ll Do:
- Greet customers and provide a welcoming, professional experience.
- Build relationships and understand each customer’s vehicle needs.
- Demonstrate and explain vehicle features and benefits.
- Conduct vehicle walk-arounds and test drives.
- Assist customers throughout the buying process from start to finish.
- Follow up with customers before and after the sale to ensure satisfaction.
- Learn product knowledge and stay up to date on new inventory.
- Work with the finance and management teams to provide the best customer experience.
- Generate leads through phone calls, referrals, social media, and networking.
- Maintain accurate customer information and sales records.
- Meet personal and team sales goals while delivering exceptional customer service.
