Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Automotive Sales role based in Parma, MI. The Automotive Sales Representative will be responsible for assisting customers in the vehicle purchasing process by understanding their needs, providing information about available models, offering test drives, and negotiating sales terms. The role also includes efforts to build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. The individual will work closely with the sales team and management to achieve team sales goals and grow the business.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales Consulting and Automotive Sales
- Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction
- Proven ability to build Customer Retention through relationship management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- A valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record
- Previous experience in a dealership or automotive sales is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales or automotive industry preferred
