As an Automotive Repair TechnicianB, you’ll perform a variety of essential repairs and maintenance services to keep our members and customers safely on the road.

What We Offer
- Competitive Pay: $25.31–$32.30 per hour, adjusted based on experience, location, and other factors.
- Billable Hours Guarantee: 20‑hour minimum per week.
- Productivity Bonus:
Opportunity to earn $250–$550 every two weeks, based on performance. - Schedule:
Full‑time, 5 days a week (Mondays, Fridays & Saturdays often required);
Sundays off plus one additional day off based on business needs. - Training & Certification Support:
We pay for ASE certifications and recertifications.
Your Impact as an Automotive Repair TechnicianB
- Perform diagnostics and repair work in suspension and steering, brakes (ABS/traction control), electrical, heating/air‑conditioning, and other assignments.
- Maintain in‑depth knowledge of specialized skills and continue to develop additional technical skills for flexibility.
- Maintain a clean, well‑organized work area and properly maintain tools and equipment according to safety procedures.
What You’ll Bring
- At least 3 years of experience as an Automotive Technician with proven ability to perform standard automotive repairs.
- AES or dealership certifications preferred in at least three categories: suspension & steering, brakes, and heating & air‑conditioning (or ability to obtain within 12 months, paid by AAA).
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with the team.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Authorized to work in the USA.
- Ability to pass pre‑employment screenings (background, drug, fitness for duty) if offered a position.
