Compensation:
$69,000 Base with opportunities up to $140,000+ Total Annual Compensation
Total compensation includes wages, bonuses, and employer-provided benefits and varies based on experience, diagnostic ability, productivity, and overall skill level. Every technician position includes an hourly guarantee, individual production bonus opportunities, and team-based midyear and year-end performance bonuses.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience
- Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting ability
- Ability to perform repairs accurately and efficiently
- Takes pride in fixing vehicles correctly the first time
- Team-oriented and willing to help other technicians
- Looking for a long-term career, not just another shop
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
