At Nucar Pre-Owned Superstore of Concord we pride ourselves on delivering high quality vehicles to our customers. Our reconditioning team plays a vital role in ensuring every vehicle meets our strict safety, performance and appearance standards before it reaches the lot. We are looking for a detail oriented Automotive Reconditioner Technician to join our team Tuesday-Saturday
Essential Duties:
- Perform complete interior and exterior vehicle cleaning using manual and automated tools.
- Wash, wax, buff & polish vehicles to remove dirt, stains and imperfections.
- Vacuum interiors. clean upholstery and apply fabric and surface protectants.
- Remove trash, deodorize interiors and steam clean when necessary.
- Conduct inspections and note any damages or imperfections requiring repairs.
- Transport vehicles between departments or to/from offsite locations as needed.
- Follow safety procedures and proper use of chemicals and detailing equipment.
Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and ability required:
- Required to maintain a current valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record as established by the company’s insurance provider.
- Must effectively operate both automatic and manual transmissions.
Education/Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
