Responsibilities
- Collect, visualize, and analyze consumer quality metrics to identify incidents and define problem statements.
- Communicate consumer insights across the Connected Experience organization, suppliers, and service departments.
- Lead activities to define, measure, and analyze quality‑related issues to identify root causes and drive effective resolution.
- Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring consumer perspectives are represented in technical discussions and solution development.
- Define and prioritize consumer‑reported issues together with the Consumer Quality team.
- Support team members in scoping problems and lead deeper data analyses to determine true root cause(s).
- Serve as a key stakeholder in field quality complaints and follow up on technical issue investigations.
- Collaborate closely with Quality Insight and Connectivity teams as the main contact person.
- Contribute to securing the quality of hardware, software, and wireless connection aspects within clients next‑generation products.
- Work within a diverse, highly skilled team to support a technical area crucial for clients ongoing success.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Quality Analysis; experience with problem management in technical environments is an advantage.
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or an equivalent technical discipline.
- Previous automotive industry experience.
- Strong analytical capability for understanding complex technical issues and breaking them down into clear actions.
- Excellent communication skills; fluency in English (spoken and written).
- Strong customer focus, with passion for understanding and solving consumer‑reported problems.
- A collaborative, open, and communicative team‑player mindset—social, ambitious, driven, optimistic.
- Ability to work proactively, overcome challenges, and deliver both short‑term fixes and long‑term solutions.
- ML/AI skillset preferred
- Knowledge of Data Analytics, Vehicle Prognostics
- Knowledge of CAN, LIN, ETH protocols.
- Handson experience in Vehicle integration/testing.
