Your Role: Porter (Service Advisor Trainee)
As a Porter, you’ll play an essential role in our dealership operations while learning the basics of service workflow, customer service, and vehicle maintenance. This hands-on position is the perfect starting point for a career in automotive service.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with vehicle intake and movement for service appointments
- Clean and detail vehicle exteriors and interiors
- Replenish fluids and perform simple tasks like battery replacements
- Organize and maintain the lot and service area
- Create and manage key tags and vehicle tracking
- Shadow and assist Service Advisors to learn customer service processes
- Support the service team with various tasks
What We’re Looking For:
- A strong desire to grow into a Service Advisor role
- Positive, professional attitude and strong communication skills
- Willingness to learn and follow direction
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Dependable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some weekends
- Passion for delivering excellent customer service
