NOW HIRING – EXPERIENCED GM PARTS COUNTER PROFESSIONAL
Chuck Stevens Chevrolet is looking for an experienced Parts Counter Person with strong GM parts knowledge who thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment. WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Assist retail customers and service technicians with GM parts lookup and sales
- Quickly and accurately identify Chevrolet and GM parts using dealership parts catalogs and systems
- Answer incoming calls regarding parts pricing, availability, and special orders
- Order, track, and follow up on special-order GM parts
- Maintain an organized inventory and clean parts department
- Receive, inspect, stock, and verify incoming shipments
- Process invoices, returns, warranty parts, and customer payments
- Work closely with service advisors and technicians to keep the shop operating efficiently
- Help maintain accurate inventory counts and parts records
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Minimum 2 years of dealership Parts Counter experience REQUIRED (no exceptions)
- Strong GM / Chevrolet dealership parts experience REQUIRED
- 5+ years of automotive parts experience strongly preferred
- Experience using dealership inventory management and electronic parts catalog systems
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Dependable, motivated, and team-oriented
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
