Internal Sales Representative
SWD is a Brisbane-based automotive aftermarket distributor. We own and manufacture TAG Towbars, Redback Exhausts and Lukey mufflers, and distribute agency brands including XForce, CURT, Brink and Safari Snorkels. We’re growing, not standing still, and we’re looking for someone to join our small, close-knit internal sales team.

About The Role
Our Internal Sales Representatives interpret parts requirements for trade and retail customers, working across brands people are genuinely proud to sell. You’ll build relationships with customers over the phone, processing orders and resolving issues as they come up.
Duties Include
- Answer trade and retail calls, interpret parts requirements
- Process orders and quotes
- Resolve customer issues and escalate where needed
- Build product knowledge across TAG Towbars, Redback Exhausts and our distributed brands
Who We’re Looking For
- Prior experience as an automotive parts interpreter or customer service person in the automotive aftermarket
- Strong communicator, comfortable on the phone with customers
- Works independently and picks up new software quickly
- Competence on computer
- Background in towbar or exhaust fitting/installation and looking to move off the tools is a strong plus
