The Parts Assistant plays a key role in supporting the department’s efficiency by inspecting and managing parts. This position includes responsibilities like labeling, delivering parts to technicians, and processing returns. Your ability to work well under pressure while being team-oriented will contribute greatly to our shop’s success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Verify accuracy of parts against vehicle estimates
• Store and label parts systematically in the shop
• Deliver parts promptly to automotive technicians
• Handle returns for damaged or unused parts
• Support general shop tasks as needed
Requirements:
• Experience in an autobody or automotive parts capacity valuable
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Proficient at managing tasks in a fast-paced setting
• Basic computer knowledge; estimating system experience preferred
• Clean and valid driver’s license
