Job Summary
Jaguar Land Rover Tysons Corner is seeking an experienced, customer-focused Parts Advisor to serve as a link between customers, vendors, and our service department. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented team player who takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with parts identification and ordering
- Process parts orders accurately and efficiently
- Coordinate with vendors and manage incoming shipments
- Maintain organized inventory and workspace
- Delivery a professional, luxury-level customer experience
Qualifications
- Automotive parts experience preferred (high-line/OEM experience a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Clean driving record
Requirements
- Ability to lift heavy parts and stand for extended periods
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
