Duties
- Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive electrical systems, schematics, and advanced diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately.
- Repair and overhaul mechanical systems including engines, transmissions, suspension, brakes, shocks & struts, and powertrain components.
- Conduct routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire services, wheel alignments, and vehicle inspections to ensure optimal performance.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy equipment mechanics techniques to execute repairs efficiently.
- Work with automotive service advisors to provide accurate auto estimating and communicate repair needs clearly to customers.
- Repair ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) and auto body components as needed to restore vehicle safety features.
- Maintain detailed records of repairs performed and parts used while adhering to dealership standards and safety protocols.
Requirements
- Proven experience working in the automotive repair industry with a strong background in dealership or similar settings.
- Extensive knowledge of automotive electrical systems, schematics, and diagnostics tools.
- Experience in diesel repair preferred but not mandatory, diesel engine repair, heavy equipment mechanics, and transmission repair for various vehicle types.
- Familiarity with automotive suspension systems, alignment procedures, brake repair, shocks & struts replacement, and tire service.
- Ability to work with power tools, hand tools, welding equipment, and perform mechanical systems repair confidently.
- Dealership experience is highly preferred; certification in automotive technology or related fields is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with an energetic approach to problem-solving and teamwork.

We offer a competitive hourly pay, plus flat-rate bonus!
Pay: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour
