We are an independent automotive repair shop located in Lakewood WA, looking for a trained and experienced Automotive Technician. We service and repair all types and models of vehicles – foreign and domestic.
We are seeking an experienced Automotive Technician to join our team. We are a busy independent shop. The ideal candidate will be a motivated team player that is dependable and reliable.
Responsibilities:
– Perform automotive repairs and maintenance tasks on a variety of vehicles
– Conduct automotive diagnostics to identify issues and recommend solutions
– Utilize power tools and schematics to complete repairs efficiently
– Maintain and repair various vehicle components including engines, brakes, suspension systems, etc.
Experience:
– Experience as an Automotive Technician, Mechanic, or technical certification from an accredited program
– Ability to read and interpret schematics for troubleshooting
– Strong mechanical skills that may include basic maintenance, welding, diagnostics, electrical, and accessory installation on a wide variety of vehicles and their components

Guaranteed Hourly Pay + Bonuses
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean driving record
- At least 2-3 years of experience
- Desire to learn and train with newer vehicles and technology
- ASE Certifications or Dealer Training ( PREFERED )
- Good references
- Possess skills and abilities for both physical and mental demands of the job
- Perform advanced diagnostics and high-level mechanical repairs
- Lead and mentor the technician team, supporting workflow and quality control
- Complete routine maintenance services including brakes, fluids, tires, and inspections
- Conduct digital inspections on every vehicle
- Communicate clearly with service advisors regarding findings and recommendations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area
- Stay current on modern diagnostic tools and repair techniques
Pay: $30.00 – $40.00 per hour
