We are seeking an experienced, customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing automotive repair facility. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can build trust with customers, effectively manage repair orders, and help deliver an exceptional service experience from vehicle check-in to delivery.

Responsibilities
Greet customers promptly and professionally.
Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues.
Recommend maintenance and repair services based on manufacturer guidelines and vehicle condition.
Prepare estimates and explain repair recommendations clearly.
Coordinate workflow between customers and technicians.
Monitor repair progress and provide timely updates.
Review completed repairs with customers and ensure satisfaction.
Manage service appointments and maintain organized repair orders.
Help achieve departmental sales and customer satisfaction goals.
Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of Automotive Service Advisor experience.
Strong knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair procedures.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to upsell maintenance and repair services ethically and effectively.
Experience with dealership management systems and service software.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
ASE Service Consultant Certification is a plus.
