Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) offers an entry‑level Maintenance Technician role in Nashville, Tennessee.
As a member of the Firestone Complete Auto Care team, the technician will work on diagnosing and repairing basic automotive systems.
Position Summary
The Maintenance Technician will diagnose and repair basic automotive systems, perform routine maintenance, and ensure vehicles operate safely.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair basic automotive systems including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling and electrical.
- Change oil and/or transmission fluid and filters.
- Install and perform tire maintenance.
- Install batteries, shock absorbers, exhaust systems and check electrical systems.
- Perform road tests on vehicles.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the automotive service industry.
Minimum Qualifications
- Reading and writing ability.
- Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
- Valid automobile driver’s license at all times and ability to drive customer and company vehicles.
