- Ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues and support operational requirements across business units.
- Manage inventory levels and enforce control procedures to maintain accurate and sufficient parts availability.
- Maintain compliance with maintenance documentation standards and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Monitor maintenance performance through analysis of costs, downtime, and KPIs, driving continuous improvement.
- Oversee hiring, training, and performance management of maintenance personnel.
- Conduct quality inspections and collaborate with management to address operational and technical challenges.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in automotive maintenance supervision or a similar leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance systems, diagnostics, and repair processes.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
