Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lube Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance, with a focus on providing exceptional service to our customers. As a Lube Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine vehicle maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire services, and other essential automotive services.
Responsibilities
- Perform oil changes and other routine maintenance services on various vehicles
- Conduct tire services, including rotations and alignments
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for automotive repairs
- Assist in diagnosing vehicle issues and providing solutions
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients regarding their vehicle needs
- Collaborate with other technicians to ensure timely completion of services
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance automotive knowledge and skills
Skills
- Dealership experience is preferred but not required
- Strong mechanical knowledge and experience with automotive diagnostics
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools for vehicle maintenance
- Experience in automotive repair, including oil changes, alignments, and tire services
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed for various tasks
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Sales experience is a plus, as you may assist in promoting additional services
