** junior sales associate position for those looking to start a new career in the automotive sales industry. Junior sales associates start off in the vehicle exchange program while learning all about automotive sales and what it takes to be a good sales consultant.

Key Responsibilities:
* Engage daily with service customers to present upgrade options through the Vehicle Exchange Program
* Engage with showroom and digital leads. Identify customer needs and present trade-in and purchase options
* Maintain knowledge of current inventory, incentives, and financing programs
* Deliver product demonstrations and guide buying decisions
* Collaborate with sales managers and service advisors to ensure seamless customer experience
* Assist the sales and service departments as needed
* Track all customer interactions, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM
* Achieve monthly goals for vehicle exchanges and customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
* Strong communication and relationship building skills.
* Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
* Professional appearance with a positive, customer focused attitude
* Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
