Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and develop sales managers and consultants
  • Oversee daily sales operations, showroom activity, and customer flow
  • Drive monthly sales, gross, and CSI performance targets
  • Desk deals, support deal structure, and ensure smooth workflow with F&I
  • Manage inventory, pricing strategies, and merchandising standards
  • Ensure strong CRM usage, lead management, and followâ€'up processes
  • Maintain compliance with dealership policies and manufacturer requirements
  • Collaborate with executive leadership on forecasting, staffing, and longâ€'term strategy
  • Maintain relationships with customers, addressing their needs and concerns to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

  • Required: Proven experience in automotive sales management, with a track record of achieving sales goals.
  • Required: Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Required: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Required: Knowledge of automotive products and services.
  • Preferred: Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Preferred: A degree in business or a related field.
