ROLE DESCRIPTION
This is a full-time role for an Automotive Electrician at 360 Company Ltd.
The position is available as remote work from Sri Lanka or onsite work in Saudi Arabia.
The Automotive Electrician will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing vehicle electrical issues, including wiring, lighting, charging systems, starting systems, and related electrical components.
Responsibilities include:
• Performing electrical maintenance and repairs
• Diagnosing and repairing automotive electrical faults
• Carrying out fault finding using diagnostic tools
• Reading and interpreting wiring diagrams and technical information
• Ensuring original spare parts are used where required
• Completing work according to company standards and safety procedures
• Documenting all work performed
• Coordinating with service teams to provide accurate estimates and timely service
EXPERIENCE
We welcome candidates with 6 months to 5 years of experience in automotive electrical work.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Strong skills in electrical maintenance and automotive maintenance and repair
• Proven ability in fault finding and electrical repairs for vehicle electrical components
• Solid knowledge of electricity principles and safe work practices in automotive environments
• Relevant technical diploma or certification in automotive electricity, electromechanics, or a related field is preferred
• Experience using diagnostic equipment, wiring diagrams, and manufacturer service information is an advantage
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
• Good communication skills
• Commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
• Previous experience in car maintenance or service centers is an advantage
• Familiarity with original spare parts is an added advantage
