About the role
As the successful applicant, the Automotive Electrician will assist with electrical duties/fitments for 4WDs & motorhomes during our manufacturing process.
Your duties will include but not be limited to:
- general electrical fitment incl. wiring of tow bars, trailer plugs, electric brakes, reverse cameras etc.
- fitting and servicing advanced control systems
- Wi-fi and camera system installation for remote tracking
- light bar/driving lights/fuse boxes etc. installation to vehicles
- solar & remote charging system installation
- fielding customer calls and feedback.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will need the following:
- Full Australian working rights
- 3 years previous vehicle manufacturing and/or service experience
- Either manufacturing or service experience is acceptable to meet the 3-year requirement
- Previous vehicle testing and service experience
- Certificate III in Automotive Electrical Technology
- Certificate III in Automotive Electrical Technology must be held at the time of application
- Strong fault finding and diagnostic abilities
- Strong ability to follow wiring diagrams
