Limelight Automotive is looking for an experienced, high-level Automotive Detailer who takes pride in precision work and delivering top-tier results. We are not a volume shop—we focus on quality, attention to detail, and customer satisfaction.
If you have experience with paint correction, interior restoration, and professional detailing techniques, this is an opportunity to work in a shop that values your skillset and craftsmanship.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Perform full interior and exterior detailing to a high standard
- Execute paint correction (cutting, polishing, finishing)
- Complete deep interior cleaning (steam cleaning, shampooing, salt/stain extraction)
- Apply wax, sealants, and ceramic coatings
- Restore and protect surfaces (trim, plastics, leather conditioning)
- Conduct final quality inspections before vehicle delivery
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of professional detailing experience preferred
- Strong experience with paint correction & machine polishing
- Knowledge of detailing chemicals, tools, and techniques
- Ability to produce consistent, high-end results
- High attention to detail — you don’t cut corners
- Self-motivated, reliable, and takes pride in their work
- Valid driver’s license required
Bonus Skills (Highly Valued):
- Experience with ceramic coatings (Gtechniq, Ceramic Pro, etc.)
- Wet sanding experience
- Experience in a high-end or boutique detailing shop
- Familiarity with paint protection film (PPF) or vinyl wrap
