747 Motors is looking for one aggressive, finance driven Desk Manager to join a store that is already winning and push it to the next level.
Read this carefully, because most desk manager ads are written by stores that need saving. This one is not. This store is running. The team is strong. The inventory is right. The banks are on board. We are adding one more closer because we see the ceiling and we want to blow through it.
WHAT YOU ARE WALKING INTO
Over 400 units in stock, all bought well under book. Read that again. You will not spend your days fighting overpriced inventory or begging for equity. Our buying is done at the group level by people who have been doing this for decades. Every car on the lot has room in it. This is a dream inventory position for a desk manager who knows how to make money.
Over 2,500 leads per month. The traffic is here. The phones ring. The internet department feeds the floor. Your job is not to find customers. Your job is to close them.
Opportunity to desk 150 plus deals a month. The volume is real and it is available to the right person.
Every bank, every tier. Prime, near prime, secondary, deep subprime. We have the complete lender lineup and, more importantly, we have the relationships. If you can structure it, we can get it bought. If you know how to work a deep subprime call, you are going to eat very well here.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a killer. Direct and honest about it.
Aggressive. You do not sit. You do not wait for the deal to come to you. You work every up, every lead, every callback, and every dead deal until it is either bought and delivered or truly dead.
Very strong finance ability. You know how to structure. You know how to package a call. You know advance, LTV, payment call, PTI, and DTI cold. You know how to turn a decline into an approval and an approval into a delivery.
Deep subprime expertise. This is essential. You know the secondary and subprime lender programs, you know stips, you know how to build a clean deal file, and you know how to make a challenged customer work without giving away the gross.
Proven high volume desking experience. You have run a busy desk before and you can prove your numbers.
A leader. You will train, coach, and push the sales floor. Green peas will get better because you are here.
Hungry. You want to make serious money and you are not apologetic about it. Good. This is the store for you.
