What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to address their inquiries
  • Calmly resolve and de-escalate customer issues as needed
  • Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate
  • Track call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
  • Provide feedback on customer service issues and upsell when required

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
  • Comfortable with desktop computer systems and general knowledge of Windows-based systems

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Customer service and/or sales experience is preferred
  • College degree is preferred but not required
