What We Offer:
- Competitive Salary: Expected annual earnings between $55,000 and $100,000+, including a base rate of $20/hour plus commission potential averaging from $2,000 to $5,000+ monthly.

- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, including a one-hour lunch break. Occasional Saturdays as needed to catch up your own work.
Qualifications/Responsibilities:
- At least 2 years of experience in auto body estimating within a collision center or body shop environment.
- Exceptional customer service skills, both verbal and written, with a commitment to putting the team and customers first.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with effective follow-up.
- Proven ability to write accurate and thorough damage analysis estimates.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to learn quickly, and a collaborative team spirit.
- Valid California Driver’s License required; candidates must pass a background check and pass underwriting requirements from our insurance partners.
