SUMMARY:

Remuneration: R26 000.00 Basic Salary + Medical Aid + Provident Fund

Purpose Of The Job:

Our client is looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a structured, deadline-driven environment, to join them as a Business Processes Assistant. To deliver high-level administrative and reporting support by processing and managing information accurately and timeously. The role focuses on executing monthly reporting, analysing and verifying data, and preparing professional high-quality presentations for senior management.

This is a detail-driven, analytical role requiring strong reporting capability and not a general administrative or receptionist function. This is a role suited to someone who is meticulous, proactive, and takes ownership of their work.

Responsibilities:

Process

  • Execute administrative and reporting tasks in line with required turnaround times and quality standards
  • Compile, analyse and verify data for monthly reporting
  • Prepare accurate and professional presentations for senior management
  • Align work activities with governance, compliance, and service delivery standards
  • Identify operational challenges and apply appropriate solutions, escalating when necessary
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting for decision-making purposes

Finance

  • Perform work efficiently to optimise processes and reduce delays
  • Support cost-effective administrative practices through accurate reporting and task execution

Client (Internal & External)

  • Deliver high-quality outputs that meet or exceed stakeholder expectations
  • Provide reliable and accurate information to support business decisions

People

  • Participate in learning and development initiatives
  • Uphold and demonstrate company values in all work activities

Minimum Qualification:

  • Matric (Grade 12) – Essential
  • Relevant Degree – Advantageous

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a similar analytical or reporting-focused administrative role in the motor industry environment
  • Advanced proficiency in: Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint – Advanced level
  • Strong reporting and presentation preparation skills
  • Strong administrative capability
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to multitask effectively
  • Deadline-driven mindset
  • Ability to follow processes and instructions accurately
