About the job:

Your mission will be to develop customers especially in the Automotive Engineering and Digital IT Portfolio in order to acquire new customers and retain existing ones. Working closely with multiple sales teams, Center of Excellence(s) and Delivery team(s), he/she will be responsible for :

  • Contribution to the elaboration and implementation of the sales strategy and sales action plans with the Clients
  • The domains could be Automotive, auto Tier 1s, Manufacturingetc..
  • The technical areas for Growth could be digital services, automotive engineering, Core Design and Software Engineering , PLM , ALM , MES , Manufacturing operations, Ind4,o Connected products and Services Portfolio
  • Loyalty and growth of the existing perimeter
  • Development of business with prospects and open new opportunities
  • Participation in the response to calls for tenders, within the framework of T&M or fixed-price projects
  • Analyze the technical and business needs of customers, in order to adapt potential offers
  • Build its external and internal network by relying on key stakeholders.
  • Achieving both revenue and Sales target and develop a strong pipeline for future
  • Key Coordination with Onsite & offshore team for solutioning , delivery and Innovation

You will be entrusted with a regional portfolio with several target & existing accounts (multi-sectoral and key account-oriented approach) that you will have to develop.

You will start your activity with an existing pipeline and the objective will be to develop existing accounts and eventually bring new logos in hunting mode.

YOUR PROFILE:

  • 8+ years of experience including in the sales of services or solutions
  • Developed commercial understanding and ability to identify potential deals, take appointments, map client accounts
  • Appreciated experience in the sale of IT & Digital Engineering solutions/ services
  • Ability to understand and challenge clients' technical topics
  • Technological understanding of Digital Engineering solutions: Shopfloor IT, PLM, MES, etc.
  • Domain understanding across multiple industries
  • Good understanding of Onsite / Offshore model in the Engineering and IOT Domain
  • Good command on English and/or Swedish
  • Good understanding of the Swedish Market and connects.
