Collision Center General Manager Position
We are seeking an experienced Collision Center General Manager to lead all aspects of daily operations, team performance, customer satisfaction, and financial results. This role is responsible for driving profitability, maintaining operational excellence, ensuring a best-in-class customer experience, and leading a high-performing collision repair team.
The ideal candidate is a proven leader with collision industry experience, strong business acumen, and a passion for developing people and delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations of the collision center.
- Ensure all company KPI, CSI, production, and insurance performance metrics are achieved.
- Develop, coach, and mentor technicians, estimators, and support staff.
- Manage annual and monthly operating budgets.
- Forecast and track sales, gross profit, and expense objectives.
- Conduct employee performance reviews and ongoing coaching sessions.
- Monitor and manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Oversee shop workflow, production scheduling, and repair capacity.
- Conduct daily production meetings to ensure repair quality and on-time delivery.
- Review estimates and labor mix to maximize efficiency and profitability.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Ensure compliance with all safety procedures, company policies, and dress code standards.
- Monitor maintenance and repair of shop equipment, including paint booths and production equipment.
- Lead monthly team meetings and safety meetings.
- Address customer concerns promptly and maintain exceptional CSI scores.
- Open and close the facility according to company procedures.
Qualifications Required
- Previous leadership experience in a collision repair facility.
- Strong understanding of collision center operations, production management, and insurance repair processes.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong financial, budgeting, and operational management experience.
- Valid driver’s license.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
