Assistant Manager
Supports the Store Manager to ensure each Mavis retail location operates efficiently, safely and effectively. Enforces policies, schedules mechanics/technicians, manages outside orders, ensures quality and timely completion of jobs, meets customer expectations and ensures safety of team members.
Service Manager
Assists customers with tire selections and recommends under‑car repair services. Directs workflow of Mechanics, Alignment Technicians and Tire Technicians, stages vehicle repair/maintenance work, communicates directly with customers, assesses customer needs, provides information, ensures satisfaction and meets expectations.

Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- 1 year of experience or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales, or 1 year in automotive repairs/maintenance, or a combination that demonstrates ability to perform duties and responsibilities.
