We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented After Sales Operations Analyst to support and optimize passenger vehicle after-sales operations. This role is key in ensuring service excellence across dealer networks, driving operational efficiency, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily operational support to ensure effective implementation of after-sales service standards, processes, and policies.
- Act as the main liaison between headquarters and dealer networks, ensuring alignment and effective communication.
- Monitor and analyze key after-sales KPIs (service processes, online operations, spare parts status, facility conditions, and staffing updates).
- Prepare performance reports and conduct regular operational review meetings with dealers and service centers.
- Perform quarterly dealer audits and on-site operational inspections.
- Identify improvement opportunities and support process optimization initiatives, including process mapping and performance tracking.
- Support and drive after-sales projects such as new process rollouts, training initiatives, and operational improvements.
- Collect and analyze market data to support strategic decision-making.
- Maintain and manage after-sales operational databases and reporting tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Customer Service, Training, Quality) to achieve overall business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Automotive, or a related field.
- Advanced English proficiency is a must.
- 2–3 years of experience in automotive aftersales, service operations, in dealership environments.
- Strong knowledge of aftersales procedures, KPI´s, commercial policys, and bonus. Also analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
