Our client is a specialist consultancy embedded with some of the biggest names in automotive. This role sits inside one of their major OEM accounts, working directly within the client's UK automotive network.
It's a field-based, relationship-led position. You'll be the day-to-day link between the client and a defined territory of retailers running from Grimsby in the north, down through the Midlands and into the South West as far as Exeter — a broad stretch of central and western England. Expect to be on the road roughly 70% of the time; this role is built around being in front of people.
Full-time, permanent. Start date ASAP.
What the role covers
- Serving as the primary contact for retailers across the territory — regular in-person and virtual visits, coaching, and day-to-day support
- Driving accessory and lifestyle sales performance across the network; owning retailer targets
- Promoting central accessory programmes and sharing best practice across the retailer community
- Upskilling retailer teams on product knowledge, sales technique, and customer experience
- Contributing to performance dashboards and reporting; flagging risks and opportunities to the client
Who we’re looking for
- Automotive aftersales background — experience within a retailer, OEM, or aftersales environment is essential. You need to understand how dealerships operate
- A natural relationship-builder who is confident working independently across a large geographic patch
- Comfortable with data — able to read dashboards and reporting and turn them into clear recommendations
- Solid Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Full UK driving licence — non-negotiable for a role that's 70% on the road – must be happy with a field-based role involving travel
