Position Overview
Maplecrest Ford Lincoln is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Auto Shop Maintenance Representative to support our busy service department.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service bays and shop areas
- Remove trash, fluids, and debris from work areas
- Safely dispose of used oil, filters, tires, and other materials
- Monitor and restock shop supplies (rags, fluids, cleaning products, etc.)
- Assist technicians with moving vehicles when needed
- Perform basic facility maintenance tasks
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and dealership safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness of customer‑facing service areas
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to drive automatic and manual vehicles (preferred)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail
- Dependable and punctual
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
