50K – 60k plus commissions

Duties:
Help customers by chat, email, text, or phone with their vehicle needs
Clearly explain recommended services and repairs in a friendly way
Work with service providers and technicians to keep things running smoothly
Create estimates, book service appointments, and stay organized
Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction
Stay updated on new products, tools, and industry trends
Assets:
Automotive-related training or education (preferred)
ASE Certification (an asset)
3–5 years of experience in a service advisor, automotive repair, or sales role
310S Certification (a plus and earns more)
Strong knowledge of car systems and repairs
Experience using diagnostic tools and automotive software
Comfortable using computers and automotive systems
