About DriveNow Auto Sales
DriveNow Auto Sales is a growing, finance-focused used car dealership in Hendersonville, Tennessee. We are located across from Hyundai in the former Hertz Car Sales building and are currently hiring two Sales Representatives to join our team.

Financing programs that help close more deals
We offer programs for first-time buyers, customers rebuilding their borrowing history, self-employed customers, Buy Here Pay Here customers, and qualified zero-down buyers. Our financing options allow us to help customers who may have been turned away elsewhere.
A small, supportive team
You will work alongside Brianna, our Store Manager and F&I Manager, a lot porter, and a focused sales team. Brianna actively supports the sales floor and helps representatives structure and close deals.
Pay Structure
This is a commission-based position with multiple earning opportunities, including:
- Per-unit commissions
- Customer-review bonuses
- Monthly volume bonuses
- Daily and weekly spiffs
Typical earning potential:
- Average representatives earn approximately $4,500 to $6,000 per month
- Strong representatives may earn $8,000 to $10,000 or more per month
- Top performers within our dealership group earn six figures annually
Earnings vary based on performance, attendance, follow-up, customer satisfaction, and sales volume.
The complete pay plan will be explained during your interview. It is designed to be simple, predictable, and rewarding for motivated sales professionals.

What You’ll Do
- Greet walk-in customers and respond to incoming leads and calls
- Help customers select the right vehicle
- Guide customers through the sales and financing process
- Present financing options clearly and professionally
- Follow up with internet leads, unsold customers, and previous customers
- Build trust, close deals, and generate repeat and referral business
- Maintain accurate customer notes and follow-up activity
What We’re Looking For
We are open to experienced automotive sales representatives as well as polished, motivated candidates who are new to the car business. Some of our strongest performers entered the industry with no previous automotive experience.
The ideal candidate:
- Communicates clearly and professionally
- Builds trust quickly with customers
- Is self-motivated, dependable, and consistent
- Is comfortable speaking with customers by phone, text, and in person
- Follows up without needing constant supervision
- Is comfortable discussing payments and financing options
- Wants a long-term opportunity with room to grow
Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus, but not required.
Schedule
- Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Five-day workweek
- Sundays always off
- One fixed weekday off, typically Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday
- Saturdays are required
- Six-day schedules are available for representatives who want additional earning opportunities
