Role Description The Auto Parts Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in 6th of October. This role involves assisting customers in identifying and selecting the correct automotive spare parts, providing product information, and recommending suitable alternatives when needed. The representative will handle walk-in and phone inquiries, prepare quotations, process orders, and coordinate with the inventory team to ensure product availability and timely delivery. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining an organized sales area, updating customer records, and following up on orders and after-sales support to build long-term relationships. The role requires active collaboration with colleagues and adherence to company policies and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of auto parts and basic understanding of automotive systems; ability to identify parts by make, model, and specifications.
- Effective communication skills to explain technical information clearly and interact with diverse customers and team members.
- Customer service skills focused on responsiveness, problem-solving, and building repeat business in a retail environment.
- Retail sales abilities, including product presentation, cross-selling, and handling price inquiries and negotiations.
- Order processing skills, including accurate data entry, invoice preparation, and coordination with inventory and logistics.
- Previous experience in auto parts sales or automotive retail is highly beneficial.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS or inventory management systems.
- Ability to work on-site full time in 6th of October, with strong attention to detail and reliability.
