Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Auto Finance Sales role based in Petaling Jaya. Responsible for driving sales of auto finance products, the successful candidate will identify opportunities, build relationships with customers, and meet sales targets. This role requires delivering excellent customer service, analyzing financial data, and providing clients with tailored financial solutions. The role also includes working closely with internal departments to process and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong sales skills, specifically related to auto finance, with a proven ability to achieve targets
- Proficiency in finance and analytical skills for assessing financial needs and solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients effectively
- Customer service experience with a focus on delivering exceptional service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a results-driven mindset
- Relevant experience in the banking or finance sector is advantageous
Candidates must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in any discipline or equivalent qualification
- Familiarity with the automotive industry is a plus
