Frank’s Detail is seeking an experienced Auto Detail Shop Manager to lead our high-volume automotive reconditioning operation in Orlando, Florida.

Position Requirements
Preferred qualifications include:
- Basic understanding of the automotive industry, preferably within the wholesale auto auction industry
- Strong business acumen and decision-making skills
- Minimum of 3 years of management experience in a high-volume automotive reconditioning environment
- Proven experience leading and developing employees
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Computer proficiency a must.
- Understanding of production management and workflow processes
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some weekends
