Collision Solution is a trusted, I-CAR certified auto body repair facility with locations across the region. We’re currently hiring an Estimator to join our front office team.

If you’re detail-oriented, professional, and comfortable working with both people and processes, this is a great opportunity to grow your career with a shop that values precision, teamwork, and quality.

🔧 What You’ll Do

  • Prepare accurate estimates for collision repairs
  • Communicate with customers, insurance companies, and technicians
  • Guide customers through the repair process from drop-off to delivery
  • Document damages with photos and update estimates as needed
  • Order parts and track supplements when required
  • Help manage workflow and ensure a positive customer experience

📋 What We’re Looking For

  • Experience writing estimates (CCC, Audatex, or similar platforms)
  • Friendly, professional, and organized
  • Strong communication skills and customer service mindset
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Auto body or insurance background preferred

💪 Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to move around the shop and inspect vehicles
  • Comfortable in a busy, occasionally noisy shop environment
