Kolosso is seeking an experienced and motivated Body Shop Manager to lead our collision repair department. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, developing team members, and driving operational success.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, collision repair industry experience, and a proven ability to manage workflow, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the collision repair facility.
Manage repair production schedules to ensure timely vehicle delivery.
Lead, coach, and develop body shop technicians, estimators, and support staff.
Review estimates and repair plans for accuracy and profitability.
Maintain strong relationships with insurance companies and customers.
Monitor department performance, productivity, and quality standards.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
Manage parts procurement and inventory processes.
Resolve customer concerns professionally and effectively.
Achieve department sales, gross profit, and CSI goals.
Qualifications
Previous collision center or body shop management experience preferred.
Knowledge of collision repair processes, estimating systems, and insurance procedures.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with estimating and management software.
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
