Job Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics and repairs on Audi and Volkswagen vehicles
- Work on engine, transmission, electrical, suspension, and brake systems
- Use factory and aftermarket diagnostic tools to accurately identify vehicle concerns
- Complete warranty and customer-pay repairs to manufacturer standards
- Communicate with service advisors regarding repair recommendations and service needs
Qualifications
- Audi, Volkswagen, or European vehicle experience preferred
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- ASE certification preferred but not required
- Manufacturer certifications are a plus
