Position Overview
Audi Stuart is seeking motivated Product Specialists to join our high-performance sales team. Automotive sales experience is not required. We are looking for ambitious professionals with strong customer service skills who want to build a successful career in a luxury automotive environment.
Qualifications
- Hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Strong ambition, self-motivation, and a results-driven mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in selecting new or pre-owned vehicles that fit their needs and lifestyle
- Demonstrate Audi’s advanced technology, performance, and luxury features
- Provide clear and transparent information on financing, leasing, and trade-in options
- Build long-term customer relationships through professional follow-up and service
- Consistently achieve monthly sales and customer satisfaction goals
- Maintain expert knowledge of Audi vehicles, competitive products, and industry trends
- Work closely with finance, service, and management teams to ensure a seamless purchase experience
- Represent the Audi brand with professionalism and attention to detail
- Address customer questions and concerns promptly and effectively
