Key Responsibilities:
• Follow the WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan for repairs
• Repair and inspect vehicles according to strict guidelines
• Assess vehicle damage upon disassembly for accurate repairs
• Fix body panels and replace necessary components
• Inspect completed work to uphold quality standards
Requirements:
• Possess a High School Diploma or equivalent
• Complete Auto Body Repair Program education
• At least 1 year of technician experience needed
• Welding skills, particularly MIG and TIG
• Own toolbox and hold a valid driver’s license
