Roadmax Lubricants exclusive distributor of Lubricants, a trusted name for high-performance lubricants, currently seeking dynamic and motivated Sales professional for its sales team.
- Everyday market visit & find-out customers demand.
- Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.
- Visit potential and existing customers to communicate about products and services, and assess requirements to ensure increased sales volume by understanding the customer needs
- Planning, organization and problem solving skills.
- Execute the Sales to achieve the organizational goal.
- Advanced time management skills.
- Identify knowledge gaps within the corporate sales Market and develop a plan to fulfill.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding theirs needs.
- Deeply knowledge about competitor company products & price.
- Follow organization policies and regulation that affect the sales department.
- Prepare reporting as needed.
- Must have the mentality to tour outside of Dhaka at any time.
- Must have the ability to quickly gain knowledge about our products.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering
- B.Sc. Eng. Mechanical/ EEE/Chemical/ Diploma Automobile
Experience Requirements
- At least 5 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Trading or Export/Import
Additional Requirements
- Skills & Expertise – Lubricants (Sales & Marketing)
- At least 5 years of working experience in the same position.
- Proven working experience in a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Computer literate.
- A team player with good organizational and multitasking abilities
