Job Role:
The jobholder is expected to deliver exceptional after-sales service support to Sport, Outdoor, Off-road, and SUV vehicle customers in line with principal standards. The role focuses on maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction while upholding DIMO’s commitment to being "The Perfect Partner".
Job Requirements:
- GCE Advanced Level qualification
- Degree or Diploma in Automobile Engineering
- At least 1 year of experience as a Service Advisor within an automotive service operation
- Strong understanding of automotive service, maintenance, and repair processes
- Excellent customer service, communication, and relationship management skills
- Ability to handle customer inquiries, service recommendations, and follow-ups professionally
- Computer literacy with the ability to use dealership systems and access technical information
- Fluency in English and strong business etiquette
- Valid driving license
